In this session David presented some of his 25 years of research into the testing of sand and bark suitable for use as IAS within children’s playgrounds. He gave practical tips on what to look out for when choosing suitable IAS sand and bark.

Kids Co-designing Healthy Places is a Monash University project supported by VicHealth. The project supports councils and schools to engage with kids to co-design healthier places. It focuses on the things in our neighbourhoods that impact healthy eating and being active.
